Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary based on location, but U.S. orders generally arrive within 2–5 business days.

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor delivery.

This labeling ensures compliance with U.S. regulations governing the sale of research-grade materials. All TruTide products are sold strictly for research and testing purposes. They are not intended for human consumption, medical or veterinary use. By purchasing, you acknowledge responsibility for the handling and application of these materials.

Peptide pricing can vary due to raw material costs, manufacturer availability, and global market supply. Because TruTide focuses on providing the highest purity compounds, we adjust prices periodically to reflect current sourcing and production costs while maintaining consistent quality standards.

Reconstitution is the process of adding a sterile solution (such as Bacteriostatic Water) to a lyophilized (powdered) peptide in order to return it to liquid form for laboratory use. The amount of solution used can determine the peptide’s concentration, which allows researchers to perform accurate and controlled testing.

Our products are shipped in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form to preserve stability and extend shelf life. Peptides in liquid form degrade much faster. By providing them as powder, researchers can control when and how they’re reconstituted for testing, ensuring maximum potency and accuracy during experiments.

Most research applications use Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water) unless otherwise specified. BAC Water contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol, which helps prevent contamination and allows the solution to remain stable for a longer period after reconstitution.

Unmixed (lyophilized) peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place or refrigerated (typically 2–8°C). After reconstitution, peptides should be kept refrigerated and used within the time frame specified for research stability.

Lyophilization is a freeze-drying process that removes moisture from peptides without damaging their structure. This process allows the compound to be stored safely and maintain stability until it’s ready for use in research.

You might find lower prices, but overseas shipping can include unpredictable and long wait times, customs seizures, and poor storage conditions that can affect quality. We ship from within the U.S. so your products arrive quickly, safely, and exactly as described.

Currently, TruTide Solutions focuses on serving U.S.-based researchers to ensure reliable, efficient shipping. Please contact us directly for any special requests.

For safety and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns on compounds or research materials. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve it quickly.
